We are very excited that our friend Jennifer Kloc has launched a new mineral makeup line Divahni. It is created to be paraben free, toxin free, cruelty free, last throughout the entire day. And MADE LOCAL. Jen also created an Eye Shadow inspired by Randle and the Late Night Scandals and named "Scandalous" You can sign up for information about her Launch at www.divahni.com Great Write up in Buffalo News Gusto We would like to thank Buffalo Music Critic Jeff Miers for the Great write up in the Buffalo News Randle and the Late Night Scandals – just “Randle” to the band’s ever-growing fan base – first came to my attention a few years ago, when I wandered into Nietzsche’s one night and they happened to be playing the satellite stage in the front of the club. I was immediately struck by the swampy, sultry, blues-based vitality of their jams, and also by the undeniable charisma of singer and front-woman supreme Amanda Markovich–Rabb. Watching this band grow and evolve over the past couple of years has been a real treat. Since that time, the band’s sound has expanded to admit a broader variety of influences, from soul & R&B to funk and good ol’ rock ’n’ roll. Fittingly, as Randle evolved and diversified, its audience grew concurrently. So we’re getting more opportunities to see Randle on bigger stages. This weekend provides just such an opportunity: Randle and the Late Night Scandals will take part in the TGI Fridays Old Falls Street Concert Series (101 Old Falls St. in Niagara Falls) at 7 p.m. Friday. Jeff Miers- Buffalo NewsThe Scandals accept the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge On Friday August 22nd the Scandals accepted the ALS Ice Bucket challenge from Fandal Uncle Mike Brown See is Video Here
After our show on Old Falls Street the Scandals cooled off with a nice ice cold shower. We would like to thank TGI Fridays for donating the Ice. We thought this was gonna be a keep up with the Jones experience but found out it was more rewarding then expected. You see , Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as Lou Gehrigt's Disease affects more people then we realized. A woman in the audience came up after and thanked us personally and shared a story that she had lost her sister to ALS 2 years prior. If you would like to donate to this cause you can at goto WWW.ALSA.ORG | |||||||
